A strong password should be long, unique, and generated without a predictable pattern. Length usually contributes more practical strength than complicated substitutions in a short password.
Generate a long random value, store it in a reputable password manager, and enable multi-factor authentication. Never reuse that value on another service.
Do not weaken a generated password to make it memorable. A password cannot protect against phishing or a compromised device, and security questions should not reuse discoverable personal facts.
